Hi everyone! I’m Veronica, and I’m so excited to share a bit about my journey and what it’s like to work as a Marketing Assistant at Glass Ladder Group.

One of the things I absolutely love about this job is that I get to work remotely, yet it feels like I’m right there with my team every day. The connection we’ve built is incredible—the collaboration is seamless, and I always feel heard, valued, and supported. I’m a proud graduate of Social Communications with a focus on Advertising and Propaganda in Brazil, and joining a team with talent from all over the world has been eye-opening. Working here has also taught me some incredible lessons. I’ve learned the power of storytelling in marketing—how it’s not just about promoting something, but about connecting with people and leaving a lasting impression. I’ve also discovered how much the little details matter, especially when it comes to design. Whether it’s picking the perfect image or refining a layout, those small touches can completely transform a message.

And let’s be real—things don’t always go according to plan in marketing. That’s one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned here: adaptability. When challenges pop up, it’s all about staying flexible, finding creative solutions, and still delivering the best possible results.
