As a community-driven energy efficiency non-profit, our client is committed to improving its workforce communication and collaboration across cultural groups including race, gender, gender identity and socioeconomic backgrounds. Through our work together, we designed a socially conscious process and workshop that helped to establish more inclusive and empathetic communication practices that considered and resonated with their diverse workforce.
