As a fiscally sponsored organization with an established reputation and body of work in conducting evaluations including advising philanthropic evaluation and learning leaders, and building a platform to discuss industry innovations and best practices, our client sought to more significantly evolve its approach to evaluating concepts such as power building, advocacy, and systems change. Our work together supported a strategic planning process that developed and operationalized a strategy and roadmap focused on establishing institutional independence, integrating organizational silos and more clearly center equity and cultural agility.

OUTCOMES
