BUILDING CULTURAL AGILITY AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

ACADEMIA | Mercer University School of Law

As a reputable law school our client established the need to eliminate common cultural silos and prepare institutional constituents to effectively interact and connect with individuals from various cultural backgrounds throughout their professional experience within the institution and beyond. To address this need we developed and facilitated a training program focused on highlighting and managing the influence of culture on understanding, interpreting and inclusively engaging the law and our relationships.
