In the early days of the global COVID-19 health pandemic, our client, a startup focused on creating dating and networking connections online experiences a deep need to strengthen organizational sentiments, lines of communication, processes and workflows. To support them we offered a resilient leadership strategy session and collaborative workshop aimed at improving organizational alignment, psychological safety, internal and external communications, and collaboration.
